The one step process removes ink and emulsion in one 3 - 5 minute dipping operation. Then, simply dehaze and rinse and the screen is ready for a new stencil.

PMI manufactures the PMI Split Tape No. 451. The PMI Split Tape is used for tapingout the inside of the screen print frames. The PMI Split Tape has a unique patented linerless adhesive design. This design allows the tape to tack lightly to the inside of the screen print frame for quick and clean removal during reclaim. The adhesive is solvent resistant and stands up to all standard inks and chemicals.
