Air-cooled ultraviolet conveyorized drying systems from four to 100 inches. All units 300 watts per inch with tri-power switching (300,200,125). Optional 400-600 watts per inch iron doped systems.All units include exhaust/vacuum system, uv resistent conveyor belt, focused lamp assemblies, digital feet per minute indicator and controls.Custom systems, multiple lamps, safety equipment and UV curing lamps. Super-Cool UV Systems with substrate temperatures less than 100 degrees. Retrofit system that add on to existing gas or infra red dryers. Systems come complete with Vacuum hold down and are either 300 watt mercury or 400 wattt iron additive systems.
