Meech Static Eliminators, USA is a custom manufacturer of static control equipment for the unique needs of the screen printing industry. Products include AC Shockless Bars, Ionizing Air Blowers up to 88" long, Ionizing Air Curtains, Guns and Nozzles. When screen printing on large plastic substrates, Meech offers a Pulsed DC System which will immediately neutralize any static charges generated while in the printing process. This will solve the problems of material adhering to the screen, ink feathering, as well as dust contamination and attraction. In automatic sheet feeding systems, Meech also offers an Ionizing Sheet Separation System to prevent double feeding and increase press speeds.
